While I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, there are certain areas that require special focus in order to effectively offer the best care.
I have spent extensive time training in the approach of relational psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
This orientation is especially effective in resolving the issues surrounding:
relationship struggles, depression, anxiety, excessive stress, self-sabotaging behaviors, emotional isolation and loneliness, trauma, addiction, low self-esteem, confusion surrounding life choices, and loss of direction and purpose in your life.
I have also spent considerable time working with individuals with eating disorders, as well as children and teens on the autism spectrum.
You may learn more about my work in these areas through this website.
I also welcome you to call me if you would like to speak more in depth.
Of course, there may also be unique struggles you find yourself encountering. If you would like to discuss working together in more detail, I offer a complimentary phone consultation.
Please contact me with any questions you have about starting therapy.
